Capital Search Group, LLC was established in early 2004 as a division of KenRay Partners, LLC by its principals: Ken Logue, Ray Rice, Lou DelRiego and Marc Zeid. Prior to Capital Search Group the Partners founded (in 1988) and operated Logue and Rice, Inc. They later sold the company to a $1.5 billion national company
