Lou Del Riego, CPA
Lou Del Riego is a partner in Capital Search Group, LLC. He is a limited partner in several companies in Northern Virginia and also serves on the boards of or as an advisor to those private companies. Prior to the Capital Search Group, Lou was the Chief Financial Officer and managing member for Security Resources, LLC, a company that provides security staffing for commercial and government clients. Teresa joined Capital Search Group, LLC, in 2007 as Partner/Managing Director.  After several years in Audit, International Tax and Corporate Accounting, she joined Spherion in Tysons Corner (Formerly Network Companies) where she took on increasing levels of responsibility as a Director. Considered one of the top experts in the DC Employment Market, Teresa has over a decade of Accounting & Finance Executive Recruiting experience.
