KenRay Partners, LLC was established in early 2001 by its principals, Ken Logue and Ray Rice. The firm performs retained executive searches for companies and organizations in the Washington, DC Metro area. KenRay has conducted searches including Board of Director, Advisory Board, CEO, CFO/VP Finance, Vice President of Human Resources, Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Operations.

Ray Rice is a Partner in KenRay Partners, LLC, an executive search firm located in Tysons Corner, Virginia. He is a limited partner in venture capital funds and an investor in Washington, DC area companies and also serves on the boards or as an advisor to public and private companies.
Prior to KenRay, Ray was a partner with an international executive search firm from late 1999 to early 2001. In 1988 Ray and his partner, Ken Logue, founded, operated and later sold Logue & Rice, Inc. and related companies in the business of professional searches and staffing in the Washington DC and Atlanta areas.
Ray started his career with the Washington, DC office of PriceWaterhouse. He received an MBA from The George Washington University in 1973 and an undergraduate degree from Benjamin Franklin University in 1965. He passed the CPA examination in 1965. |

Ken Logue is a partner in KenRay Partners, LLC, an executive search firm located in Tysons Corner, Virginia. He is a limited partner in venture capital funds and an investor in Washington, DC area companies and also serves on the boards or as an advisor to private companies and not-for-profit organizations.
Prior to KenRay, Ken co-founded, operated and later sold Logue & Rice, Inc. and related companies in the business of professional searches and staffing in the Washington DC and Atlanta areas.
Ken started his career in corporate financial/accounting positions through 1981 and worked with a financial recruiting firm from 1981 through 1987. He received a BSBA in Accounting from The College of New Jersey in 1978. |
