During each confidential search, Capital Search Group utilizes an in-depth and comprehensive process ensuring a successful hire within the client organization.
1. Initial Resume Review:
- Confidential evaluation of skill sets

2. Interview Coordination:
- Acts as a liaison between the candidate and the client company.
- Prepares candidates for the interview process by providing valuable information regarding the open position, the company and the interviewers.
- Hold pre and post interview discussions to determine how closely the prospective company and opportunity aligns with the candidate’s professional goals.
- Provide pertinent interview feedback.
3. Offer Coordination:
- Coordinating job offer and acceptance
- Guide candidate through the resignation process
- Counter Offer consultation.
4. Ongoing Follow-up:
- Capital Search will be available to assist candidates throughout the transition into the new role in your new company.
The client process
Organizational Review:
- Review the client’s needs in detail. The first priority is to understand the organization’s culture, goals, challenges and needs, then focus on how the scope of the assignment fits into that model.
- Partner with the client to determine specifications and timeframe for the search assignment.
- Develop search plan.
Identify and Evaluate Candidates:
- Identify and analyze target sources. Research competitors, industry resources, referral s and the Capital Search network.
- Select and contact candidates.
- Evaluate candidate’s qualifications, personal suitability and determine level of interest.
- Elect candidates for presentation to client.
Presentation of Candidates:
- Present only the most qualified candidates for consideration.
- Review candidate profiles with client, providing employment history, reference checks as well as a professional appraisal of their suitability for the company and position offered.
- Assist in the scheduling and monitoring of the interview process.
Executive Selection:
- Selection of the best candidate is ultimately made by the client, but Fortis offers insight and counsel to help facilitate communication on salary terms, benefits and relocation.
- Navigate the final steps in the placement process once a candidate choice is made and offer extended.
- Assist and advise candidates in the resignation of the current position, including dealing with counteroffers.
Follow Up:
- Maintain contact to ensure a smooth transition and assimilation for executive.
- Ensure client satisfaction.
- Collect Feedback.
