Job: Lead Internal Auditor

Capital Search is currently conducting a search for a Lead Internal Auditor for a large tech company/client located in Northern Virginia.  The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of financial, operational, compliance audit experience and strong interpersonal and communication skills with an attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Audits of business practices – Financial, operational and compliance
• Project planning, detail testing and report issuance
• Assist with developing annual audit plan and action items resulting from completed audits
• Risk assessments, fraud investigations and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related
• CPA and public accounting experience a plus
• 2-4 years experience in audit (internal or external) or business risk consulting
• 5-10% travel
