Reporting to the Controller, the Manager, Financial Reporting is a newly created position responsible for all internal and external reporting function.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Generation of monthly management reporting package including analysis and commentary
- Completion of GAAP/SEC disclosure checklists
- Participation in implementation/compliance of SOX 404 controls
- Documentation of financial policies and procedures for reporting
- Adherence to internal and external reporting deadlines as outlined
- Preparation of financial portions of all SEC documents
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA required
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC rules
- Strong Excel skills required5-8 years of relevant combined experience in corporate accounting and public accounting
