Our client, a successful and well established technology company seeks Controller for one of its divisions.
- Manage all aspects of accounting and financial reporting.
- Month-end close process, financial reporting, preparation of internal monthly reports, balance sheet analysis.
- Support operations and finance teams in new business pricing, budgeting, forecasting, client negotiations, managing complex contracts, ad-hoc requests.
- Coordinate quarter end and year end audits with internal and external auditors.
- Lead and develop staff supporting above responsibilities.
- Participate in financial process improvements
- Responsible for implementing and compliance to internal accounting controls
Requirements:
- BS Accounting, CPA a must
- 10 years management experience working in controller capacity
- 2-4 years Big 4 public accounting experience (Preferred)
- Deltek Costpoint experience is required
- Strong revenue recognition and federal government contracting experience required
- Strong working knowledge of FAR and CAS requlations with DCAA audit experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
