Reporting to the Controller, the Manager, Financial Reporting is a newly created position responsible for all internal and external reporting function.

•  Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Generation of monthly management reporting package including analysis and commentary
• Completion of GAAP/SEC disclosure checklists
• Participation in implementation/compliance of SOX 404 controls
• Documentation of financial policies and procedures for reporting
• Adherence to internal and external reporting deadlines as outlined
• Preparation of financial portions of all SEC documents

  Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA required
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC rules
• Strong Excel skills required5-8 years of relevant combined experience in corporate accounting and public accounting
