Job: Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis

Capital Search Group is engaged in a search for a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis with one of our premier clients headquartered in downtown Washington, DC.  We are looking for a strong leader to join a well-established and well-respected company.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years related experience with a track record of increasing responsibility and promotion. 

Responsibilities:

• Development of annual budgets and monthly forecasts
• Develop and manage processes for analyzing the company’s financial performance
• Creating variance analysis & management reporting
• Support Investor Relations as well as provide analytical support for M&A transactions
• Managing 2-3 Financial Analysts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred
• 7 years of related experience
• Experience in corporate FP&A
• Track record in recruiting, training, and managing junior level finance staff
• Experience in analytical finance functions such as M&A and valuation is preferred
