	Our client in Northern Virginia seeks SEC Financial Analyst who is detail oriented, team player, and self motivated with the ability to set goals and achieve results. This position, a hybrid of accounting and finance, will be responsible for all external SEC reporting preparation and analysis. Prepare US GAAP based financial statements Co-ordinate and review analysis of monthly overhead reporting Develop and implement best practices for internal controls Provide ad hoc financial reports Assist in the development of automated reporting with the financial systems team Complete special projects, as required Requirements: 3-5 years post experience with Big 4 audit firm Strong knowledge of FASB requirements and GAAP reporting Strong MS Office experience, particularly Excel Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with CPA For consideration, please submit resume to speterson@capitalsearch.com
