My client in Bethesda, MD is seeking a SEC Reporting Manager to join their team. This role reports directly into the Assistant Controller with tons of room for growth and is 2 days/week in office! Compensation is targeted up to $150K + bonus. Duties will focus on preparation and filing of SEC/10K/10Q reports, preparation of financial statements, drafting footnotes and disclosures.
