Our publicly traded client in the Richmond, VA area is looking for a Manager/Senior Manager of SEC Reporting. This hands-on role will be responsible for all SEC reporting (10K/10Q/8Ks, etc), XBRL compliance, consolidations of financials, SOX compliance, internal controls, corporate allocations, working with year-end auditors and supervisory of small teams. Must have excellent communication/presentation skills…significant interaction with Corporate Controller, CFO and other executives. CPA, Big4/National firm foundation, combined with SEC reporting experience required.
