Our Reston, VA based GovCon client seeks a Senior Accountant to join its team of professionals. Responsibilities include monthly close support, GL management, journal entries, reconciliations and audit support. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of ASC 842, payroll accounting and advanced Excel skills, ideally to include experience with Costpoint. This position is a hybrid work environment (2-3 days in-office). Opportunity for growth as this role reports directly to the Director of Accounting. Compensation is targeted up to $110K.
