Our technology client, an early stage (VC funded) Government Contractor in the Washington DC Metro area (DMV) is looking for a Corporate Controller. Must have experience with R&D and related manufacturing operations, DCAA compliance and ability to recruit-build new team. This individual will also have frequent interactions with the C-suite and other external parties. The ideal candidate will have hands-on focus and strategic outlook and able to ascend. Targeting $200K base or so plus bonus with potential other incentives. This is primarily hybrid (office-remote mix) thus must be located in the DMV area.
