Our tech client located in McLean, Virginia seeks a Senior Manager of M&A. Responsibilities include sourcing-executing deals, related due diligence modeling-analyses, participating in negotiations and strategy. This is a visible role and thus requires strong presentation skills. Ideal background includes 5 years’ experience of corporate development and or I-Banking /PE backgrounds. MBA and or CFA are preferred. Compensation up to $190K plus bonus. This is a hybrid role, thus requires base in Northern Virginia.
