Our real estate client based in Rockville, MD seeks a Senior Director of Financial Reporting to provide all external reporting to key stakeholders and JV partners, provide operational performance metrics, assist with debt compliance reporting, cash flow statements/projections, work with year-end auditors and tax consultants. Other responsibilities include management of a small team, assist with distributions, capital calls and fund management. Highly visible role with significant interaction with leadership. Must have real estate experience, national public accounting firm background and CPA. Compensation up to $200K + 25% bonus. Hybrid/2-3 days in-office.
