CFO role in Orlando area – Publicly traded

Our Orlando, FL area based publicly traded client is looking to hire a CFO.  Responsibilities include:

• Management of staff of 8-10 in Accounting, Reporting, etc.
• Insurance
• Taxes
• Internally focused but does interact with investors
• Public company experience highly preferred
• All in cash of $350K+ no equity plan as of now, may change
• In-office 4 days/week
