Our real estate client located in Rockville; MD seeks a Director of Construction. This role will manage construction projects, renovations and tenant improvements from beginning to completion. Key areas include production of cost estimates against actuals, management of 3rd party providers, working with engineers and architects, oversight of the permitting process and assurance lease provisions are followed. Significant visibility with upper management, operations, other department leaders and occasional travel to work sites. Excellent company culture and benefits.
