Our real estate client in Montgomery County seeks a sharp and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to serve as a strategic partner to leasing, asset management, and executive leadership. This role will be involved in Deal & Lease Modeling (NPV, NOI, value creation, and sensitivity analyses), partner with leasing teams on deal structuring, assist with budgeting and asset reviews and have portfolio oversight. Must have 3+years’ experience in real estate, advanced Excel and Argus Enterprise experience. MRI is highly preferred. Hybrid office arrangement. Compensation is up to $105K+bonus.
