Our client, a growing technology company in Falls Church, VA, seeks an Assistant Controller to lead accounting operations, financial close, financial reporting, multi-entity consolidation, and technical accounting. Position will also lead/own internal controls, process improvements, systems, and AI initiatives. CPA required along with 6+ years relevant experience (including supervisory). NetSuite, AI automation, and data analysis tools highly preferred. Compensation targeted up to $180K + 15% bonus + equity. Position is remote with required travel monthly to HQ.
