We have been retained by a publicly traded corporation based in Fairfax County, VA to recruit an accomplished Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) & Treasurer. In this executive leadership role, you will oversee a high-performing finance and accounting organization, managing the teams responsible for SEC reporting, general ledger (GL), accounting operations, and treasury functions. Must have hands-on experience managing corporate SEC reporting, treasury including cash management, liquidity, and banking relationships. Must be located on the East Coast, with the ability to work on-site in the Mid-Atlantic office twice per month. Compensation includes a base up to $350K + bonus & equity.
