Job: Assistant Corporate Controller

Assistant Corporate Controller | PE-Backed Growth Company | Chicago (suburbs)

I’m partnering with a rapidly growing, acquisitive $500M PE-backed company in Chicago, IL on a key hire: an Assistant Corporate Controller with Corporate Controller-level scope, reporting to the VP of Finance and Accounting.

The role:

• Own consolidated financial reporting and Workday Adaptive
• Serve as the external audit liaison
• Lead a Corporate Accountant and partner with four Division Controllers
• Support acquisition integration and process transformation

You have:

• CPA and Big 4 or comparable public accounting background
• Accounting leadership in a complex, multi-entity environment
• Consolidation experience; PE-backed or public company a plus
• Workday Adaptive highly preferred
