We have been engaged by our real estate client based in Reston, VA to conduct a search for an Accounting Manager to join their growing team. Responsibilities include leadership over consolidated financial statements and reporting, performance metrics covering the operating portfolio, cash management and investment strategies, facilitation of strong internal controls, tax strategy, and guidance on complex transactions around acquisitions/dispositions and development with JV partners. Ideal profile includes 10 years of commercial real estate industry, development and/or construction. Must have excellent presentation skills and interact at all levels within the company.
