We are seeking a Benefits and Payroll Manager for our client in Falls Church, VA (5 days in office). The role is responsible for the end-to-end management of multi-state payroll and employee benefits programs. Key responsibilities include: full-cycle payroll across multiple jurisdictions, tax filings & compliance, year-end reconciliation, reporting & audits. Benefits administration to include coordinating annual open enrollment, vendor/brokers/carriers’ relationships and related. Must have 5+years’ experience in payroll and benefits and UKG Ready.
