Our client in Rockville, MD (hybrid) is seeking an analytically sharp, intellectually curious Business Intelligence Analyst to support the leasing and strategic asset management functions. Will assist in driving portfolio strategy, design Power BI dashboards to track portfolio performance, leverage AI tools to accelerate market research and data synthesis and partner directly with senior leadership and market research analysts. Must have a Degree in Finance, Analytics or similar, 1-3 years’ experience in data analytics or market research and proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and modern AI tools like Microsoft Copilot.
