Our Chantilly, VA client, a mid-size (and growing) privately held construction company is looking to hire a Chief Operating Officer (COO). Reporting to the CEO, the COO lead the development and execution of the company’s field operations, construction delivery, safety, and outside plant (OSP) service functions. Proven success and technical background with and ability to lead and manage the teams that support customers, with a history of success managing project mobilization, crew execution, systems (including fleet, equipment, and safety programs), service quality, and client retention. Proven track record of leading operational, technical, cultural, and talent integrations of acquired businesses or newly opened markets and offices.
