Job: Controller

Our client, based in Newington, VA seeks a Controller.  This role provides/leads all accounting and financial leadership for a growing $50M/$60M company with significant exposure to leadership.

Key responsibilities:

• Monthly, quarterly and annual financial statement preparation, financial reporting and leadership of audits.
• Assemble detailed KPIs on company results, key deliverables and project management oversight.
• Provide guidance for best practices, pricing, cost cutting initiatives and efficiencies around service delivery.
• Compile annual budget, projections and comparative analysis against actual results.
• Create financial models for multi-year projects and cash flow reporting.
• Supervise and leadership of small teams.

Ideal qualifications:

10+ years of accounting and financial leadership

Project management/oversight

CPA and/or MBA

Significant interaction with key stakeholders

Compensation:  up to $150K in base

**This role is in the office full time; no hybrid arrangement**
