Our real estate client based in Rockville, MD seeks a Controller to run all of the financial close, reporting, budgeting/forecasting, build and oversee an outsourced accounting ops team, work with year-end auditors and tax advisors, and own all cash flow forecasting. The company is growing quickly via acquisitions. This is a highly visible role with significant interaction with leadership. Must have real estate experience, PE background and CPA/highly preferred.
