Our client in Vienna, VA (hybrid) is seeking a Credit Manager with 3–5 years of commercial credit or public accounting experience. The role will support portfolio‑level credit risk management and transaction underwriting, evaluate and monitor tenant credit risk, prepare committee‑level credit analysis, oversee quarterly and enhanced credit reviews, and support deal structuring and credit‑related documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong financial statement analysis skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and excellent communication skills. Experience with real estate portfolios, covenant compliance, and credit reporting systems is preferred. The role is hybrid, 4 days in office and compensation is up to $130K + bonus.
