Our client, a Washington, DC area technology company, seeks a Director of Equity Compensation and Administration. Position oversees the administration, accounting, and reporting of the company’s global equity programs (RSUs, Options, ESPP). Reporting to the Corporate Controller, this strategic, cross-functional leadership role ensures equity plans are competitive, compliant with regulatory and tax requirements, and clearly communicated to employees and the Board of Directors. Position will collaborate with human resources, legal, and finance functions. Compensation includes a base up to $225K+ 25% bonus + substantial public company equity, and excellent benefits. This is essentially remote with occasional team meetings in DMV (1 day per month). Collaborative team and attractive company culture.
