Job: Director of FP&A

Our client, a well-established, profitable technology-focused organization in Vienna, VA is seeking a Director of FP&A. This is a highly visible role reporting directly to the CFO with significant exposure to senior leadership.  Responsibilities include leading the FP&A function; Own budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, and variance analysis and providing strategic financial insights to key business decisions across the organization.  The ideal profile requires strong presentation, analytical and 3-statement modeling skills. This role is 3 days/week in the office. Compensation includes a base up to $185K plus bonus.
