Job: Human Resources Manager

Our $30M technology client based in Atlanta, GA is looking to hire a Human Resources Manager reporting to the CFO. Seeking an experienced and dynamic HRM to join their team. You will partner with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with company growth, culture, and compliance.  This role is hybrid (3 days/wk in-office). Compensation is up to $150K + bonus.

 Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Strategy: Oversee HR staff, warehouse functions, and serve as an internal consultant to managers.
• Talent & Training: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and drive employee learning via the HRIS.
• Benefits & Payroll: Administer 401k, manage ADP payroll, and negotiate with brokers/vendors for cost-effective benefit packages.
• Relations & Compliance: Act as the employee-management bridge and ensure adherence to multi-state labor laws.

Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s/SHRM/HRCI preferred).
• Skills: Proficient in ADP, MS Office, and multi-state employment regulations.
