Our financial services client located in Herndon, VA (Hybrid – A few days in office per week) s seeking a Staff Accountant. This will report into a VP and will be responsible for general ledger accounting tasks. Duties include GL postings, journal entries, reconciliations, AP processing/invoicing, maintaining account schedules, and assisting with the financial reporting process.
A Bachelors Degree is required, preferably in accounting, finance, economics, business admin, or similar.
This is open to recent/upcoming graduates that may be looking to grow in their first role OR someone with a few years of experience. The hiring manager is a great mentor and likes to train/develop their team.
Compensation is targeted at $55K-75K but flexible depending on background and level of experience.
