Aaron joined Capital Search Group in 2004. Prior to Capital Search Group, he spent 5 years with our previous firm Logue & Rice, Inc. Aaron is focused on both retained and contingency executive search and is a trusted advisor to CEO’s, CFO’s and Controllers. While he works with clients of all industries, some of his specialties are emerging technology companies, communications, real estate & construction, and defense contracting.
Aaron is a former United States Marine where he served at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina and 3 years at Headquarters U.S. Marine Corps in Washington DC. He is also a talented Cinematographer and has produced and directed 4 seasons of a hit TV show on the Travel Channel, produced a show on The Food Network, and he has created countless corporate videos.
