Meredith joined Capital Search Group, LLC in January 2008 as a Senior Executive Recruiter. Prior to Capital Search Group, she spent 6 years as a top ranked recruiter for SolomonEdwards, LLC and Robert Half International, where she was ranked #11 worldwide. Earlier in her career, she spent 3 years at Bank of America in the Retail Mortgage Banking division. Meredith is actively involved in the Northern Virginia Technology Council and Maryland Technology Council.
Meredith has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Delaware and also studied at the Whitman School of Management in London, England. Meredith is also an avid baker and volunteer with the Lost Dog and Cat Rescue Foundation.
