Ken Logue

Co-Founder of Capital Search Group and Capital Search Consultants in early 2004. In 1988, started Logue & Rice Inc. and three related temporaries/consulting businesses and completed the sale of those businesses in 1999. Substitute teacher and volunteer with various organizations Fall 2000 through early 2001. Worked with a contingent fee financial recruiting firm 1981 through 1988. Worked in corporate financial/accounting positions 1978 through 1981. BSBA, Accounting; The College of New Jersey.

Ray Rice

Co-Founder of Capital Search Group and Capital Search Consultants in early 2004. Partner in an international executive search firm from late 1999 to early 2001. In 1988, started Logue & Rice Inc. and three related temporaries/consulting businesses and completed the sale of those businesses in 1999. Auditor with Price Waterhouse,Washington, DC office from 1965 through 1970. MBA, Finance; The George Washington University 1973. BCS, Accounting; Benjamin Franklin University 1965. Passed CPA exam in 1965.

Marc Zeid

Co-Founder of Capital Search Group and Capital Search Consultants in early 2004. Managing Director of Logue & Rice Inc, 1994-2004. Internal Auditor with the Department of Defense and Manor Care, Inc. 1991-1994. BSBA, Accounting; The Ohio State University 1991.

Lou Del Riego, CPA

Co-Founder of Capital Search Group and Capital Search Consultants in early 2004. He is a limited partner in several companies in Northern Virginia and also serves on the boards of or as an advisor to those private companies. Prior to the Capital Search Group, Lou was the Chief Financial Officer and managing member for Security Resources, LLC, a company that provides security staffing for commercial and government clients. Lou started his career as a corporate accountant in 1977 and progressed to Controller in 1993, primarily in the telecommunications industry. BSBA, Accounting; University of Maryland, 1976. Passed CPA exam in 1985.

Kevin Spittle

Kevin joined the senior management team at Capital Search Group, LLC in June 2005. Prior to Capital Search Group, he spent 7 years as the top producing recruiter nationally for Accounting Principles, Inc. (formerly Logue & Rice, Inc). Earlier in his career, he spent 9 years in corporate finance for several large locally based companies. BS-Finance University of Maryland College Park, MD.

Aaron Schwartz

Aaron joined Capital Search Group in 2004.  Prior to Capital Search Group, Aaron spent 5 years with Logue & Rice, Inc.  Aaron is a former U.S. Marine where he served as a Financial Manager at Headquarters U.S. Marine Corps in Washington DC.   Aaron serves on the Membership Committee of the Northern Virginia Technology Council and the “Future 50″ committee for SmartCEO Magazine.  He is also an active member in the American Payroll Association-Washington Chapter, Financial Executives International, NVTC, and Maryland Technology Council.

Eric Wunderlich

Eric G. Wunderlich, Executive Recruiter, has eight years of progressive search experience in the DC metro and South Florida markets. His background includes both contingent and retained search experience covering a wide variety of profiles including accounting, finance, tax and marketing. Earlier in his career, Eric was co-founder of a privately-held retail distribution company. He graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a minor in Spanish.

Scot Peterson

Scot Peterson joined Capital Search Group in 2007 as a Researcher. In less than six months he was promoted to Executive Recruiter. Before joining Capital Search Scot worked in the recruiting department of Cox Communications. He has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Christopher Newport University.

Jim Blumer

Joshua Shepherd

Joshua Shepherd joined Capital Search’s Executive Recruiting team in 2011. He has 5+ years of progressive search experience in the DC metro and San Francisco / Silicon Valley markets. His background includes both contingent, retained, and project based search experience covering a wide variety of profiles including all things IT / Engineering related as well as accounting & finance. He graduated with a B.A. from George Mason University.

Meredith Yentis

Meredith joined the executive recruiting team at Capital Search Group, LLC in January 2008.  Prior to Capital Search Group, she spent 6 years as a top ranked recruiter for SolomonEdwardsGroup, LLC and Robert Half International where she was ranked #11 worldwide.  Earlier in her career, she spent 3 years at Bank of America in the Retail Mortgage Banking division.  Meredith has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Delaware.

Dounia Jamai

Dounia Jamai joined Capital Search Group in 2005 as our Office Manager.  Prior to CSG, she spent four years as office manager for SSI Services, Inc., a government contractor in Falls Church, VA.  Dounia holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from George Mason University.
