Brett Karp joined Capital Search Group in 2025 as an Executive Recruiter, bringing a genuinely diverse career background to every search he runs.

Before moving into recruiting, Brett built experience across public accounting, corporate accounting, supply chain, and operations management, including roles with major organizations like Comcast and Amazon. That range gives him a broader perspective than most recruiters bring to the table. He doesn't just understand finance and accounting roles in the abstract, he's seen how those functions actually operate inside both large, complex organizations and fast moving business environments.

Brett applies that business acumen directly to his work today, building strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates from all kinds of professional backgrounds.

Brett passed the CPA exam in 2016 and holds an MBA from Drexel University along with an accounting degree from Muhlenberg College.
