How We Work
We start by listening. Whether you're an employer with a critical job opening or a candidate exploring your options, we don't start until we understand your situation. For employers, that means getting deep on your culture, your team, and what success looks like in this role. For candidates, it means understanding not just your resume but your goals, your preferences, and what the right move actually looks like for you.
We do the work others skip. We're not pulling names from a database and hitting send. We actually recruit, tap our four decades of DC market relationships, and contact the right people (including those who aren't actively looking) to find the right fit. The candidates we present aren't maybes. They're people we'd genuinely vouch for.
We represent both sides honestly. Good recruiting isn't about “selling” a candidate to an employer, or an opportunity to a candidate. It's about finding a genuine match and being straight with everyone involved about whether that match exists. We'd rather tell you the hard truth early than waste your time chasing the wrong fit.
We move with urgency, but not at the expense of quality. Speed matters in this market. But sending the wrong candidate fast helps nobody. We work quickly because we know the market well and have relationships already in place, not because we're cutting corners on vetting and screening.
We stay in it. Our job doesn't end when a resume lands in your inbox or when you get called for an interview. We're in it through offers, negotiations, counter offers, and start dates. The details that fall apart at the finish line are often the ones we help hold together.
Lets Figure Out The Right Fit Together
Not sure whether you need a contingency search, a retained engagement, or contract support? That's what we're here for. And if you're a candidate trying to figure out your next move, we're happy to be a sounding board.
Either way, reach out. There's no wrong reason to start the conversation.
