Dounia joined Capital Search Group in 2005 as our Office Manager, overseeing the day to day operations that keep the firm running smoothly. But spend enough time surrounded by recruiters and it tends to rub off, and that's exactly what happened.

With mentorship from her team and a natural curiosity about the work, Dounia gradually moved into recruiting herself. She's since placed candidates across accounting, HR, sales, IT, and beyond, bringing the same operational instincts that make her so effective behind the scenes to the candidate and client relationships she manages directly.

Before joining Capital Search Group, Dounia spent four years at a government contractor in Falls Church, Virginia. She holds a Bachelor's degree in English from George Mason University.

Originally from Casablanca, Morocco, Dounia speaks four languages and brings a global perspective to everything she does. Outside the office, she's usually buried in a good thriller or sci-fi novel, on the volleyball or tennis court, or on a mission to find the best croissant in the DC area. So far, the search continues.
