Andrew Boehlinger | Executive Recruiter

Andrew Boehlinger is an Executive Recruiter at Capital Search Group with deep roots in the DC area he now recruits for.

A Fairfax, Virginia native, Andrew earned his degree in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington in 2015. He began his career at a national recruiting firm, where he supported Fortune 500 clients and developed a strong foundation in high-volume, high-stakes recruiting before bringing that experience to Capital Search Group.

That national firm background gives Andrew a unique perspective -- he understands how large organizations approach hiring at scale, but he's chosen to bring that expertise to a firm where the work is personal, the relationships are real, and every search gets the kind of attention a big firm simply can't offer.

Andrew lives in Vienna, Virginia, just minutes from the office. Outside of work, he can usually be found on the basketball court for a pickup game or spending time with friends.
