Brett Blumer joined Capital Search Group in 2015 after graduating from Radford University, and recruiting has turned out to be something of a family business . His father leads our Contract Staffing division, so Brett grew up around this industry before he ever started in it professionally.

That early exposure shows. Brett has a natural ability to understand exactly what clients and candidates need and to match the two thoughtfully, not just quickly. That focus on getting the fit right, not just filling the seat, has made him a trusted partner to the clients and candidates he works with on the executive search side.

Born and raised in the DC area, Brett is a true local at heart. Outside the office he's passionate about all things DC sports and can usually be found on a golf course whenever the schedule allows.
