Meredith joined Capital Search Group in January 2008 as a Senior Executive Recruiter, bringing with her a track record that speaks for itself.

Before joining the firm, Meredith spent six years building a reputation as a top performer in the industry, including time at SolomonEdwards and Robert Half International, where she was ranked 11th worldwide out of the entire firm's recruiting force. That clearly reflects a work ethic and a relentless focus on results that Meredith has carried into every search she's run since.

Earlier in her career, Meredith spent three years at Bank of America in the Retail Mortgage Banking division, giving her an early foundation in financial services that still informs how she evaluates talent today.

Meredith holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Delaware and also studied at the Whitman School of Management in London, England. She remains active in the professional community as a member of the Northern Virginia Technology Council and the Maryland Technology Council.

Outside the office, Meredith is an avid baker and a dedicated volunteer with the Lost Dog and Cat Rescue Foundation.
