Eric Wunderlich joined Capital Search Group in August of 2005 and has spent two decades building a recruiting practice that spans both contingent and retained search across accounting, finance, marketing, and human resources.

Before recruiting, Eric was an entrepreneur. He co-founded a privately held retail distribution company, an experience that gave him firsthand insight into what it actually takes to build a business and a team from the ground up. That perspective shows in how he works with clients. Eric doesn't just fill roles, he understands the operational realities behind why a company needs a particular hire in the first place.

Eric graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and a minor in Spanish. He lives in Alexandria with his wife and two teenagers.

When he's not working, Eric is most likely planning his next fishing trip. He's a passionate angler who regularly heads down to the Florida Keys in search of Wahoo, Sailfish, and whatever else is willing to take the bait.
